EDC TeleManager Technologies Inc. was founded in 1997. The headquarters resides in Newark, NJ and is located on the campus of the New Jersey Institute of Technology. At TeleManager, our vision is to offer pharmacies with IVR and telecommunication solutions that leverage existing and future technologies. Our goal is to provide patients, prescribers, and staff with a simple and effective way of satisfying their respective needs.

And we are good at it - today, thousands of pharmacies including independent community pharmacies, small and large chains, hospitals, clinics and institutional facilities as well as central fulfillment pharmacies utilize TeleManager IVR solutions.
